Description
Tube mono power amplifier.
This Electronic Industries HF-30 mono amplifier is a good example of an early piece of Electronic Industries modified equipment. In the early days of Electronic Industries, William Johnson would modify currently available audio equipment for his customers as well as repair audio gear and other electronics. This Electronic Industries/Eico mono amplifier is extremely rare and only a handful of these were ever produced. The amplifier has the original Electronic Industries logo which says: "Specialists in high quality sound equipment and electronic service. Electronic Industries, 2451 Hennepin Ave So Minneapolis Minn". The modification consisted of replacing and upgrading the capacitors inside the unit. The exterior and transformers remained the original Eico parts.
